What We Do
See below for more information about what you should expect our party process to be like. We make it as easy as possible to book, have your guests sign up, and entertain you on the day of your party!
After booking your date, our staff will reach out to you using the phone number you provide to explain our process and to discuss the terms of the booking:
- Discuss required number of attendees and set up fee (reserves your date).
- Discuss event theme (birthday, anniversary, girls' night, etc...) and any extra time needed for party moments (trivia, cake cutting, small meal, etc...)
- Discuss painting and any alterations/specifications.
- Sign and return party contract to finalize reservation.
- You can choose to pay for all guests, or have your guests pay individually. Depending on your choice, staff will set up your party "ticket" and send you the link to share with your guests.
The day before your event, our staff will reach out to update you on the current number of attendee reservations.
- Make final payments.
- Confirm location, times, and schedule of events.
The day of your event, our staff will arrive no less than 30 minutes before your paint party is set to begin.
- Please be at your venue at least 30 minutes before the start of your party to let our staff in to set up. (Tables and chairs are provided by the customer and should already be set up.)
- Your party time includes a 10-minute grace window for late guests, etc...
- Sit back, pour yourself a glass of your favorite beverage, and let us entertain you while we guide you through the painting of your choice!
- After the contracted party time ends, our artist will begin breaking down the painting stations, and will begin to pack up!
